AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF
THE CITY OF BURLINGAME BY ADDING THERETO A
NEW SUB -SECTION (d) TO SECTION 2400 OF SAID
CODE AND PROVIDING FOR BUILDING PERMIT FEES
BEFORE ISSUANCE OF PERMIT.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. The Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame
is hereby amended by adding a new Sub -Section (d) to Section 2400
of said Ordinance Code amending Table No. 3-A contained in Section
302 of the Building Code, which said table shall read as follows:
"TABLE NO. 3-A - BUILDING PERMIT FEES
TOTAL VALUATION FEE
Less than $20.00.. . ........No Fee
820.00 to and including $100.00.........$1.00
More than 8100. to and including 0400... 2.00
More than 400. to and including 700... 4.00
More than $700. to and including $1,000. 6.00
Each additional $1,000 or fraction to
and including $50,000... ....... 2.00
Each additional $1,000 or fraction
exceeding $50,000 .................. 1.00"
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be published once as
required by law.

the foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 1 st day of August, 1955, and
adopted thereafter at a regular meeting held on the 15thday of
August 1955, by the following vote:
