AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE
OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME BY REPEALING
ORDINANCE N0. 559 AND ADOPTING A NEW
SECTION 414 FIXING THE SALARY OF THE
CITY TREASURER
The City Council of the City of Burliname does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 414 of the Ordinance Code as adopted by
Ordinance No. 5)59 on August 2, 1954, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. There is hereby established a new Section 414
of the Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame to read as
f ollows :
SECTION 414 - CITY TREASURER - COMPENSATION
From and after the effective date of this Ordinance the
City Treasurer shall receive '0325.00 per month as compensation
for the performance of his duties as required by law.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be published as required
by law.

foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regularly adjourned meet
held on the 26th day of June, 1955 and adopted thereafter at a
regular meeting, held on the 5th day of July; 1955, by the
