AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE
OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME BY REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 558 AND ADOPTING A NEW
SECTION 412 AND FIXING THE SALARY OF THE
CITY CLERK
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 412 of the Ordinance Code as adopted by
Ordinance No. 558 on August 2, 1954, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. There is hereby established a new Section 412
of the Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame reading as
follows:
SECTION 412 - CITY CLERK - COMPENSATION
From and after the effective date of this Ordinance, the
City Clerk shall receive 0625.00 per month as compensation for
the performance of his duties as required by law.
SECTION �. This Ordinance shall be published as required
by law,

foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regularly adjourned
meeting held on the 26th day of June, 1955 and adopted thereafter
at a regular meeting, held on the 5th day of Nufiy 1955, by
