AN ORDINANCE 9MFNDING SECTION 1904, ARTICLE 50,
PART X. OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THF CITY OF
BURLINGAME DIVIDING THE CITY INTO DISTRICTS BY
PROVIDING FOR THE CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN AREAS
OF LAND WITHIN THE CITY
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. Section 1904, Article 50, Part X of the
Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame is hereby amended by
classifying the area of land hereinafter described from an un-
classified district to a First Industrial District (Light
Industrial.)
The area of land hereby classified is described as:
All of that land within the corporate limits of the
City of Burlingame lying generally northeasterly of
the southwesterly line of the Bayshore Highway and
of the Bayshore Service Road as said Bayshore Service
Road is delineated on the Zoning Map attached to and
incorporated in Ordinance No. 539.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be and the same is hereby
declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty
days from date of its passage.
