AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF
THE CITY OF BURLING-AME BY ADDING THERETO A
NEW SECTION 1229.2 (a) DESIGNATING CAPUCHINO
AVENUE FRO?" BROADWAY SOUTH TO CARMELITA
AVENUE AS A "ONE-TATAY" STREET FOR VEHICULAR
TRAFFIC
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame is
hereby amended by adding thereto a new section 1229.2 (a) which
shall provide and read as follows:
SECTION 1229.2 (a). It shall be unlawful for
any person to drive any motor vehicle on Capuchino
Avenue between Broadway and Carmelita Avenue except
in a southerly direction.
Section 2. The Chief of Police is hereby authorized and
directed to procure and install appropriate signs giving notice
of the provisions of .this ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be published once as required
by law.
