AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1904, ARTICLE
50, PART X OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY
OF' BURLINGAME DIVIDING THE CITY INTO DISTRICTS
BY RECLASSIFYING LOTS 14, 152 16, 17, 18, 19,
20, 21, 22, 23 and 24, BLOCK 3, AND LOTS 3, 4,
5, 6, 7, 9, 100 11, 12, 13 and 14, BLOCK 4,
MAPS OF THE EASTON ADDITION TO BURLINGAME FROM
A SECOND RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO A THIRD
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
SECTION %: Section 19040 Article 50, Part X of the Ordinance
Code of the City of Burlingame is hereby amended by reclassifying
the real property hereinafter particularly described from a
Second Residential District (R-2) to a Third Residential District
(R-3)•
The real property hereby reclassified is situated in
the City of Burlingame and is more particularly described as
follows:
Lots 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23
and 24, Block 3, and Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9,
10,"11, 12, 13 and 14, Block 4, as shown on
that Map entitled "Map of the Easton Addition
to Burlingame, San Mateo Co., Cal,", which map
was recorded on the 7th day of August, 1905,
in the Office of the County Recorder of the
County of San Mateo, in Book D of Maps at page
51 and copied into Book 3 of Maps at page 70.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be published as required by law.

the foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 7th day of February, 1955, and
adopted on the 21st day of February, 1955, by the following vote:
