AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1904, ARTICLE
50, PART X OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY
OF BURLINGAME DIVIDING THE CITY INTO DIS-
TRICTS BY RECLASSIFYING LOTS 25, BLOCK 31
MAP OF THE EASTON ADDITION TO BURLINGAME FROM
A SECOND RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO A FIRST COM-
MERCIAL DISTRICT.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
SECTION L: Section 1904, Article 502 Part X of the Ordinance
Code of the City of Burlingame is hereby amended by reclassifying
the real property hereinafter particularly described from a Se
Residential District (R-2) to a First Commercial District (C-1).
The real property hereby reclassified is situated in the Ci
of Burlingame and is more particularly described as follows:
Lot 25, Block 3, as shown on that Map entitled "Map of
the Easton Addition to Burlingame, San Mateo Co., Cal.",
which map was recorded on the 7th day of August, 1905,
in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of
San Mateo, in Book D of Maps at page 51 and copied into
Book 3 of Maps at page 70.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be published as required by law.
