AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CCDE OF THE CITY OF
BURLINGAME BY ADDING THERETO A NEW SECTION 1222.13
LIMITING PARKING OF VEHICLES ON PRIMROSE ROAD BETWEEN
DOUGLAS AVENUE AND FLORIBUNDA AVENUE AND BETWEEN BELLEVUE
AVENUE AND FLORIBUNDA AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. The Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame
is hereby amended by adding a new Section 1222013 which shall
read as follows:
"Section 1222.13
It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle
to park such vehicle on Primrose Road between
Douglas Avenue and Floribunda Avenue and between
Bellevue Avenue and Floribunda Avenue for a period
of more than one (1) hour between 8:30 a.m, and
6:00 p.m, on any day, Sundays and Holidays excepted."
SECTION 2. The Chief of Police is hereby directed and
ordered to procure and install appropriate signs giving notice
of the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All sections of this Code inconsistent with
the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be published once as
required by law.

a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 2nd day of
July' 1956' and adopted thereafter at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 16th day of July' 1956, by the

Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: Byrd
