ORDINANCE N0, 628
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF
BURLINGAME BY ADDING THERETO A NEVE SECTION 1222.11
LIMITING PARKING OF VEHICLES ON CHAPIN AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. The Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame
is hereby amended by adding a new Section 1222.11 which shall
(read as follows:
"Section 1222.11
It shall be unlawful for the driver of any
vehicle to park such vehicle on Chapin Avenue for a
period of more than two (2) hours between 8:30 a.m.
and 6:00 p.m, on any day, Sundays and Holidays
excepted."
SECTION 2 The Chief of Police is hereby directed and
ordered to procure and install appropriate signs giving notice
of the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All sections of this Code inconsistent with
the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
22 SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be published once as

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
7th day of May, 1956, and adopted thereafter at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 21st day of May, 19560 by the
following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: Byrd -Johnson -Morgan -Rooth -Thayer
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: None
