HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 06261 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 ORDINANCE NO. 626 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME BY AMENDING SECTION 1222.8 LIMITING STOPPING AND PARKING OF VEHICLES ON BELLEVUE AVENUE AND DOUGLAS AVENUE FOR MORE THAN TWO HOURS The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Section 1222.8 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame is hereby amended to read and provide as follows: "SECTION 1222.8 It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to park such vehicle on Bellevue Avenue, between California Drive and El Camino Real for a period of more than two hours between 9:00 a.m, and 6:00 p.m. on any day, except Sundays and Holidays. It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to park such vehicle on Douglas Avenue for a period of more than two tours between 9:00 a.m, and 6:00 p.m. on any day, except Sundays end Holidays." SECTION 2. The Chief of Police is directed to procure and install proper signs giving notice of the terms of this SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be published once as quired by law.
