ING THE CITY INTO DISTRICTS BY RECLASSIFYING LOTS 17,
18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 260 27, and 28, BLOCK 9,
MAP OF MILLS ESTATE Noo 3, FROM A SECOND RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT TO A FIRST RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT; LOTS 8, 99 10,
112 12, 130 140 15, 160 17, 18, 190 20, 21, 22, 23, 240
BLOCK 2 AND LOTS 3, 4, 50 62 7, 80 9, 102 112 12, 139
BLOCK 31 MAP OF THE EASTON ADDITION No. 1 FROM A SECOND
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO A THIRD RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 19040 Article 50, Part X of the
Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame is hereby amended by re-
classifying the real property hereinafter particularly described
from a Second Residential District (R-2) to a First Residential
District (R -1)o
The real property hereby reclassified is situated in the
City of Burlingame and is more particularly described as follows:
Lots 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24,
251, 26, 27, and 28, Block 9, as shorn
on that Map entitled "Map of Mills
Estate Noo 3, Burlingame, California,"
which map was recorded on the 21st day
of June, 1954s in the Office of the
County Recorder of the County of San
Mateo, in Book 39 of Maps at pages 139
14 and 150
SECTION 2_ Section 1904, Article 50, Part X of the
Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame is hereby amended by re-'
classifying the real property hereinafter particularly described
from a Second Residential District (R-2) to a Third Residential
District (R -3)o
The real property hereby reclassified is situated in the
City of Burlingame and is more particularly described as follows:
Lots S. 9, 109 119 12, 13, 14, 15, 16,
17, 18, 19, 209 21, 22, 23, 24, Block 2
and Lots 39 41 5, 69 79 81 9, 100 112 12,
13, Block 3, as shown on that Map entitled
"Map of the Easton Addition to Burlingame,
San Mateo Co., Cal." which map was recorded
on the 7th day of August, 1905, in the
Office of the County Recorder oft he County
of San Mateo, in Book D of Maps at page 51
and copied into Book 3 of Maps at page 70.
SECTION 3: This Ordiance shall be published as required
by law.
