AN ORDINANCE AMENDING T} -E ORDINANCE CODE OF THE
CITY OF BURDI'_dGAME BY ADDING SECTIONS 412.1 to
412.4, both inclusive, REQUIRIT'G THE CITY CLERK
TO SERVE AS ASSISTANT SECRETARY TO THE PLANNING
COP,yISSIOi', PRESCRIBING HIS DTJ IFS AS SUCH
ASSISTANT SECRETARY, AND FIXING TITS 001JPENSATION
FOR SUCH DUTIES
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
°ollows:
SECTION 1. The Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame is
hereby amended by adding new sections numbered 412.1, 412.2. 412.3
and 412.4 which shall read and provide as follows:

"SECTION 412.1: The City Clerk is the Assistant
Secretary of the Planning Commission.
"SECTION 412.2. The Assistant Secretary of the
Planning Commission shall keep all correspondence of the
Planning commission and shall keep a record of all pro-
ceedings, resolutions, findings and transactions of the
Planning Commission.
"SECTION 412.3. The additional duties herein required
of the City Clerk are prescribed pursuant to the provisions
of Section 40812 of the Government Code of the State of
California.
"SECTION 412,4. The City Clerk shall receive the
sum of $100.00 as compensation. for his service as such
Assistant Secretary of the Planning Commission during
the month of Octcber 19579 thereafter he shall receive
the sum of 050.00 per month for such services.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published as required

foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held cn the 19th day of August, 1957, and adopted
thereafter at a re ular meeting of the City Council held on the
3rd day of Se tember , 1957, by the following vote:

Noes: Councilmen: None
