ORDINANCE DECLARING INTENTION TO VACATE AND ABANDON PORTIONS
OF DRAINAGE EASEMENT SHOWN ON MAP OF UNIT NO. 51 MILLSDALE
INDUSTRIAL PARK, BURLINGAME,.SAN MATEO COUNTY CALIFORNIA
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. That the public interest and convenience
require and that it is the intention of said Council to vacate,
abandon and close a certain drainage easement and portions thereof
hereinafter described.
Section 2. That the said drainage easement and portion
thereof which said Council intends to vacate are described as
follows:
A five-foot strip lying equally on each side of the
dividing line between Lots 13 and 14 extending 350
feet southwesterly from Rollins Road, being a por-
tion of Block 10 as shown on that certain map
entitled Unit No. 5, Millsdale Industrial Park,
Burlingame, San Mateo County, California, filed
in the Office of the County Recorder of San Mateo
County on May 18, 1955 in Book 42 of Maps at
Pages 21, 22 and 23.
Section 3. For a particular description of said drainage

Section 4. That the said Council hereby elects to proceed

Section 5. Notice is hereby given that Monday, the 17th
of June, 1957, at 8:00 o¢clock p.m, at the Council Chambers

ordinance to be published once in the ADVANCE, a newspaper of
general circulation published and circulated in said City, which
said newspaper is hereby designated for that purpose.
Section 7. The City Engineer of said City shall cause

easement and portions thereof proposed to be vacated, not more
than 300 feet apart and at least three (3) notices on each
of said portions of said easement, notice of easement vacation,
stating the time and place of hearing and the adoption of this
ordinance.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 6th day
