BURLINGAI& SAN MATEO COUNTY CALIFORNIA" BEING A REAL PROPERTY SUBDIVIS10N LYING WITHIN TL CITY OF RRLINGAME, DESCRIBING THE EASEIv2NT TO BE VACATED• AND FIXING THE TIKE AND PLACE FOR HEARING ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE PROPOSED VACATION. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGA:'VE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. It is the intention of said City Council to order the following described public service easement within the City of Burlingame to be vacated, which public service easements are further described and delineated on a map or plat thereof on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, to wit: DESCRIPTION OF DRAINAGE EASEMENT TO BE VACATED All that certain real property situate in the City of Burlingame, County of San Mateo State of California, being more particularly described as follows: A strip of land five (5) feet in width lying two and one-half (2.5) feet measured at right.an les to and lying on either side of the line diva ing Lots 5 and 6, Block 27, as said Lots and Block are shown on that certain map entitled "PALLS ESTATE NO. 5 BURLINGAME SAN MATEO COVEY CALIF- ORNIA", which map was filed August 5, 19 5 in Volume 43 of Maps at pages 13 and 14, Official Records of San Mateo County California- the center line of said strip of land_ extending from the southwesterly terminus of the commonlotline of Lots 5 and 6 aloe said lot line N 39 53 03 E 17.25 feet to a point thereon and being contiguous at its southwesterly terminus to the rear property line of Lots 5 and 6, as shown on the above described map, and contiguous at its northeasterly terminus to the southwesterly line of Block 35 as said Block is shown on that certain map entitled "MILLS ESTATE NO. 9 BURLINGAIViE SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA", which map was filed December 3, 1956 in Volume 46 of Maps at pages 33 and 34, Official Records of San Mateo County, California. SECTION 2. Said City Council hereby fixes 1' vo vAr ruE Lrif 0.9Y o r- /%r , 1957, at the hour of eight o'clock p..m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, City of Burlingame, County of San Mateo, State of California, as the time and place for hearing all persons interested in the proposed vacation of said easements. 1. SECTION 3. Notices of the adoption of this Ordinance of Intention, stating the time and place of said hearing, shall I e conspicuously posted along the line of said easements pro- posed to be vacated. The notices shall be posted not more than three hundred (300) feet apart, but at least three (3) notices shall beposted for each easement proposed to be vacated. SECTION 4. The action hereby taken by said City Council is pursuant to the Public Service. Easements Vacation Law of the State of California. SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect commencing thirty (30) days from and after the date of its final passage and shall be, published once within fifteen (15) days after the date of its final passage in the Advance -star , a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Burlingame.
