AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1999.1, ARTICLE 51, PART X
OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME PROVIDING
FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FIRE ZONES WITHIN THE CITY BY
WITHDRAWING LOT 19, BLOCK 1 AND LOT 7, BLOCK 2, MAP OF
EASTON ADDITION FROM FIRE ZONE I AND BY INCLUDING SAID
LOTS IN FIRE ZONE III
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1999.1 of the Ordinance Code of
the City of Burlingame is amended to read as follows:
by law.
"Section 1999.1 - FIRE ZONE NUMBER I - Fire Zone Number
shall embrace and be coextensive with all of that
part or portion of the City shown upon said map and
marked tFIRE ZONE It, save and excepting Lot 19,
Block 1, and Lot 7, Block 2, as shown on that map
entitled tMap of the Easton Addition to Burlingame„
San Mateo Co., Cal.t, which map was recorded on the
7th day of August, 1905 in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of San Mateo, in Book D of
Maps at page 51 and copied into Book 3 of Maps at
page 7."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published as requi

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 4th day of February , 1957,
and adopted thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 18th day of February , 1957, by the following
vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: Byrd -Johnson -Morgan -Rooth -Thayer
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: None
