AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1904, ARTICLE 50,
PART X OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
DIVIDING THE CITY INTO DISTRICTS, BY RECLASSIFYING
LOT 19, BLOCK 1 AND LOT 7, BLOCK 2, MAP OF EASTON
ADDITION FROM A RETAIL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, TO A THIRD
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
SECTION la Section 1904, Article 50, Part X of the
Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame is hereby amended by
reclassifying the real property hereinafter particularly
described from a Retail Commercial District (C-1) to a Third
Residential District (R -3)o
The real property hereby reclassified is situated in
the City of Burlingame and is more particularly described as
follows:
Lot 19, Block 1, and Lot 7, Block 2, as shown on that
map entitled "Map of the Easton Addition to Burlingame, San
Mateo Co., Cal.", which map was recorded on the 7th day of
August, 1905 in the office of the County Recorder of the County
of San Mateo, in Book D of Maps at page 51 and copied into
Book 3 of Maps at page 7.
SECTION 2, This ordinance shall be published as re-
quired by law.

1, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the th day of February , 1957,

and adopted thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 18th day of February , 1957, by the
