AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF
BURLINGAME BY ADDING THERETO A NEW SECTION 1222.15 PROVID-
ING FOR THE INSTALLATION OF "YIELD RIGHT OF WAY" SIGNS AT
THE INTERSECTION OF RAY DRIVE, DAVIS DRIVE AND DAVIS COURT
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame is
hereby amended by adding a new Section 1222.15 which shall read as
follows:
"Section 1222.15
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 471.1(x) of the
California Vehicle Code the Chief of Police is hereby directed
and ordered to procure and install ?Yield Right of Way' signs at
the southeasterly corner of the intersection of Ray Drive and Davi
Drive and at the northwesterly corner of the intersection of Davis
Drive and Davis Court.
The said signs shall be so installed as to require ve-
hicles entering the intersection of Ray Drive, Davis Drive and
Davis Court from Davis Drive to yield the right of way to vehicles
entering said intersection from Ray Drive and from Davis Court."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published once as re-
quired by law.

foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the Ci
Council held on the 3rd day of November , 1958, and adopted
thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
17th day of November , 1958, by the following vote:
