AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF
BURLINGAME BY REPEALING SECTION 1222.3 PROHIBITING PARKING
OF VEHICLES ON THE EASTERLY SIDE OF CALIFORNIA DRIVE BE-
TWEEN NORTH LANE AND MURCHISON DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. Section 1222.3 of the Ordinance Code of the
City of Burlingame, as amended by Ordinance No. 586, is hereby
repealed.
Section 2. A new Section 1222.3 is hereby added to said
Ordinance Code which new section shall read and provide as follows:
"Section 1222.3
It shall be unlawful for the driver of any ve-
hicle to park a vehicle at any time on the easterly
side of California Drive between North Lane and a
point 302 feet southerly of the northerly boundary
line of the City of Burlingame as the same lies on
and along Murchison Drive."
Section 3. The Chief of Police is hereby directed to pro-
cure and install appropriate signs on the easterly side of Calif
Drive giving notice of the terms of this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be published once as re-
quired by law.
