ANT ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1999.1 OF THE BURLINGAME
ORDIN_ANC.E CODE ESTABLISHING FIRE ZONE II WITHIN THE CITY
BY WITHDRAWING LOTS 1, 27 31 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11,
127 131 14 and 15, BLOCK 10, AND LOTS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,
7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 AND 17, BLOCK 6,
MILLS ESTATE NO. 3, FROM FIRE ZONE III
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1999.2 of the Ordinance Code of the City
of Burlingame, added by Ordinance No. 614, as amended, is hereby
further amended by withdrawing the real property hereinafter
particularly described from Fire Zone Number II.
Said real property is situated in the City of
Burlingame and is particularly described as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 37 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12,
139 14 and 15, Block 10, and Lots 1, 21 37
49 5, 6, 7, 81 9, 10, 11, 1.2, 13, 14, 15,
16, and 17, Block 6, as said lots and blocks
are shown on that certain map entitled "Map
of Mills Estate No. 3, Burlingame, California,"
which map was recorded on the 21st day of June,
1954, in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of San Mateo, in Book 39 of Maps at
pages 13, 14 and 15.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published as required by
law.

hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 17th day of
, 1958, and adopted thereafter at a regular meeting
