AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 412.4 OF THE ORDINANCE
CODE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME FIXING THE COMPENSATION
OF THE CITY CLERK FOR HIS SERVICES AS ASSISTANT
SECRETARY OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 412.4 of the Ordinance Code of the
City of ur�ame, added by Ordinance 661, is hereby amended
to read and provide as follows:
"SECTION 412.4 The City Clerk shall receive
the sum of 0119OU as compensation for his services
as Assistant Secretary of the Planning Commis-
sion, effective September 1, 1959."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published as required
by law.

the foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 6th day of July, 1959, and adopted
thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
20th day of July, 1959, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: Byrd - Johnson - Morgan - Rooth - Thayer.
Noes: Councilmen: None.
Absent: Councilmen: None.
