AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2400.3 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE
CITY OF BURLINGAME AND REQUIRING THAT A PLOT PLAN BE FILED WITH
follows:
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
SECTION 1. Section 2400.3 of the Ordinance Code of the
City of Burlingame as amended by Ordinance No. 688 adopted on
May 18, 1959, is hereby further amended by repealing item 8 added
to Section 301 (b) of the 1958 edition of the Uniform Building
Code and by adding a new item 8 thereto which shall read and
provide as follows:
by law.
"8. Submit a plot plan showing location of the
proposed building with respect to property lines;
lot, block, and sub -division of the property; any
existing building that will remain on the property;
existing and proposed driveways, utilities, fire -
hydrants, trees, power poles or any other fixed
object between property line and curb; and an
indication of the finish grades at various points
about the building and at property lines relative to
an established datum such as curb or sidewalk."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published as required

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the isz day of June , 1959, and
adopted thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council held
on the 15th day of
