AN ORDINANrCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAMI
BY ADDING THERETO NEW SECTIONS 1221.9 AND 1221.10 PROVIDING FOR
INTERSECTION STOPS FOR VEHICLES AT THE INTERSECTIONS OF HOWARD
AVENUE WITH PARK ROAD AND PRIMROSE ROAD
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. The Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame is
hereby amended by adding thereto new Sections 1221.9 and 1221.10
which shall read as follows, respectively:
"Section 1221.9 The driver of any vehicle approaching
the intersec ion of Howard Avenue and Park Road from
any direction shall bring such vehicle to a full stop
before entering said intersection.
"Section 1221.10 The driver of any vehicle approaching
the in ersection of Howard Avenue and Primrose Road from
any direction shall bring such vehicle to a full stop
before entering such intersection."
SECTION 2. The Chief of Police is hereby directedand order-
ed to procure and install appropriate signs giving notice of the
provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All provisions of this Ordinance Code inconsisteni
th the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be published as required
by law.
