AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
BY ADDING THERETO A NEW SECTION 1222.20 PROHIBITING PARKING ON THE
NORTHERLY SIDE OF BROADWAY BETWEEN ROLLINS ROAD AND CALIFORNIA
DRIVE ON CERTAIN DAYS AND AT CERTAIN HOURS
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1, The Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame is
hereby amended by adding a new Section 1222.20 which shall read
as follows:
"Section 1222.20
It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to
park such vehicle on the northerly side of Broadway
between Rollins Road and California Drive between the
hours of 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., Saturdays, Sundays
and holidays excepted."
SECTION 2. The Chief of Police is hereby directed and order-
ed to procure and install appropriate signs giving notice of the
provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All provisions of this Ordinance Code inconsisten
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be published as required by
law.

foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 20th day of April , 1959, and adopted
thereafter at a pular meeting of the City Council held on the lLth
day of May , 1959, by the following vote:

Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: None
