AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 608, 609 AND
610 OF THE BURLINGAME ORDINANCE CODE ESTABLISHING
THE FIRE COMMISSION; AND SECTIONS 620, 6219 622
AND 623 ESTABLISHING THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 608 of the Ordinance Code of the City of
Burlingame establishing the Burlingame Fire Commission and fixing
Vie number of its members, as amended by Ordinance No. 591,
adopted on June 6, 1955; Section 609 of said Ordinance Code pre-
scribing the duties of the members of the Burlingame Fire Com-
mission; and Section 610 of said Ordinance Code providing for
regular meetings of the Burlingame Fire Commission and prescribing
rules for the conduct of such meetings, as said Sections 608, 609
and 610 were enacted by Ordinance No. 488 adopted on June 5, 19509
are hereby repealed, and said Burlingame Fire Commission is hereby
abolished.
SECTION 2, Section 620 of the Ordinance Code of the City of
Burlingame establishing the Burlingame Public Utilities Commission
and fixing the number of its members; Section 621 of said Ordin-
ance Code fixing the terms of its members; Section 622 of said
Ordinance Code providing for the removal of members from said
Commission and for the filling of vacancies thereon; and Section
623 providing for regular meetings of said Commission and pre-
scribing rules for the conduct of such meetings, as said Sections
620, 6217 622 and 623 were enacted by Ordinance No. 590 adopted
June 6, 1955, are hereby repealed, and said Burlingame Public
Utilities Commission is hereby abolished.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published once as require
by law.

foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 20th day of April , 1959, and
adopted thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council held
on the th day of May , 1959, by the following
vote:
