AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 13522 OF
THE PENAL CODE RELATING TO TRAINING OF LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS
Section 1, The Council of the City of Burlingame declares that it
desires to qualify to receive aid from the State of California under the
provisions of Chapter 1 of Title 4, Part 4 of the California Penal Code.
Section 2. Fursuant to Section 13522 of said Chapter 1, the City
of Burlingame while receiving aid from the State of California pursuant to
said Chapter 1 will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training
established by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and
Training.

ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
5th day of December , 1960, and adopted thereafter at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 19th day of December
1960, by the following vote:

Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: Byrd, Rooth
