AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME BY ADDING
THERETO A NEW SECTION 1222.24 LIMITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON CAFUCHINO
AVENUE BETWEEN BROADWAY AND CARMELITA AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame is hereby
amended by adding a new Section 1222.24 which shall read as follows:
"Section 1222.24. It shall be unlawful for the driver
of any vehicle to park such vehicle on Capuchino Avenue between
Broadway and Carmelita Avenue for a period of more than two hours
between 9:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. on any day, Sundays and holidays
excepted."
SECTION 2. The Chief of Police is hereby directed and ordered to procur
and install appropriate signs giving notice of the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All sections of this Code inconsistent with the provisions
of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be publoh ed as required by law.

17th day of October , 1960, and adopted thereafter at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 7th day of November
1960, by the following vote:
