AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 412.4 OF THE ORDINANCE
CODE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME FIXING THE COMPENSATION
OF THE CITY CLERK FOR HIS SERVICES AS ASSISTANT
SECRETARY OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 412.4 of the Ordinance Code of the
City of Bur rMmg ame, added by Ordinance 661, is hereby
amended to read and provide as follows:
^SECTION 412.4 The City Clerk shall receive the
sum of $233.00 as compensation for his services as
Assistant Secretary of the Planning Commission during
the month of September, 1960; thereafter he shall
receive the sum of $157.00 per month for such."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published
as required b—y—haw.

the foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 5th day of July, 1960, and
adopted thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 18th day of July, 1960, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: Byrd -Johnson -Lorenz -Rooth
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent: Councilmen: Morgan
