AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
BY ADDING THERETO A NEW SECTION 1222.21 LIMITING PARKING OF
VEHICLES ON PALOMA AVENUE BETWEEN BROADWAY AND CARMELITA AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame is here—
by amended by adding a new Section 1222.21 which shall read as follows:
"Section 1222.21
From and including, February 4, 1960, to and in—
cluding May 41 19601 it shall be unlawful for the driver
of any vehicle to park such vehicle on Paloma Avenue
between Broadway and Carmelita Avenue for a period of
more than two (2) hours between 9:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M.
on any day, Sundays and Holidays excepted."
SECTION 2. The Chief of Police is hereby directed and ordered
to procure and install appropriate signs giving notice of the provisions of
this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All sections of this Code inconsistent with the pro—
visions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be published as required by law.
