AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 412.4 OF THE ORDINANCE
CODE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME FIXING THE COMPENSATION
OF THE CITY CLERK FOR HIS SERVICES AS CITY AUDITOR AND
ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 412.4 of the Ordinance Code of the
City of Burlingame, added by Ordinance 718, is hereby amended
to read and provide as follows:
"SECTION 412.4 The City Clerk shall receive
the sum of 22 .00 during the month of September, 1961,
and thereafter he shall receive the sum of $180.00 per
month as compensation for his services as City Auditor
and Assistant Secretary of the Planning Commission.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published
as required by law.
