AN ORDINANCE .AMENDING SECTION 1999.1, ARTICLE 51, :ART X, OF
THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME PROVIDING FOR
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FIRE ZONES WITHIN THE CITY BY WITHDRAWING
A PORTION OF LOT 6 AND LOTS 7, 8 AND 9, BLOCK 13, SUPPLEMENTARY
MAP TO MAP NO. I OF THE TOWN OF BURLINGAME FROM FIRE ZONE III
AND INCLUDING SAID LOTS IN FIRE ZONE II
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1999.1 of the Ordinance Code of the City of
Burlingame is hereby amended by withdrawing the parcel and lots of land
particularly described in Exhibit A, attached hereto, incorporated herein,
and made a part of this ordinance, from Fire Zone III and by including said
parcel and lots of land in Fire Zone II.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published as required by law.

ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
3rd day of April , 1961, and adopted thereafter at a regular
meeting of the City Council held on the 17th day of April , 196.1
