AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF
BURLINGAME BY ADDING THERETO SECTION 1208.1 PROHIBITING
LEFT=NAND TURNS INTO PRIMROSE ROAD FROM CITY HALL LANE
AND PUBLIC LANE
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1, The Ordinance Code, of the City of Burlingame is hereby
amended by adding thereto Section 1208.1 which shall read as follows:
"Section 1208.1. It shall be unlawful for the driver
of any vehicle entering the intersection of Primrose Road
and City Hall Lane or the intersection of Primrose Road and
Public Lane to make a left—hand turn with such vehicle within
such intersection between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 6:00
P.M., Sundays and Holidays excepted."
SECTION 2. The Chief of Police is hereby directed and ordered to pro—
cure and install appropriate signs giving notice of the provisions of this
ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall berutli h d as required by law.
