AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
BY ADDING THERETO SECTION 1221.13 PROVIDING FOR INTERSECTION STOFS
FOR VEHICLES AT THE INTERSECTION OF SANCHEZ AND CORTEZ AVENUES
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame is hereby
amended by adding thereto Section 1221.13 which shall read as follows:
"Section 1221.13. The driver of any vehicle approaching
the intersection of Sanchez and Cortez Avenues from any
direction shall bring such vehicle to a full stop before enter—
ing such intersection."
SECTION 2. The Chief of Police is hereby directed and ordered to pro—
cure and install appropriate signs giving notice of the provisions of this
ordinance.
SECTION 3. All provisions of the Burlingame Ordinance Code inconsistent
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be(rpjlbl%is ed as required by law.
