AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF
BURLINGAME BY ADDING THERETO A NEW SECTION 1222.26
LIMITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON THE NORTHERLY SIDE
OF HOWARD AVENUE BETWEEN EL CAMINO REAL AND OCCIDENTAL
AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame is hereby
amended by adding a new Section 1222.26 which shall read as follows:
"Section 1222.26. It shall be unlawful for the driver
of any vehicle to park such vehicle on the northerly side
of Howard Avenue between E1 Camino Real and Occidental Avenue
between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 F.M., on any day,
Sundays and holidays excepted."
SECTION 2. The Chief of Police is hereby directed and ordered to
procure and install appropriate signs giving notice of the provisions of this
ordinance.
SECTION 3. All provisions of this Gode inconsistent with the provisions
of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be publish as required by law.
