A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
AWARDING A TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES CONTRACT TO BEAR
ELECTRICAL SOLUTIONS (BES), AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of City of Burlingame, California and this Council
FINDS, ORDERS and DETERMINES AS FOLLOWS:
The public interest and convenience require execution of the agreement cited in
the title above.
2. The City Manager is authorized to sign said agreement on behalf of the City of
Burlingame.
3. The City Clerk is ordered to attest such signature.
I, MEAGHAN HASSEL-SHEARER, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, certify that the
foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 311 day
of July, 2017 and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: BEACH, BROWNRIGG, COLSON, KEIGHRAN, ORTIZ
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
