AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1222.1 OF THE ORDINANCE
CODE PROHIBITING PARKING OF VEHICLES ON THE EL CAMINO
REAL AND REGULATING PARKING ON THE WESTERLY SIDE OF
CALIFORNIA DRIVE BETWEEN BROADWAY AND BELLEVUE AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1222.1 of the Ordinance Code of the Ci
of Burlingame is amended to read and provide as follows:
"Section 1222.1 (a) It shall be unlawful for the driver
of any vehicle to park such vehicle upon any part of the El Camino
Real located in the City of Burlingame.
(b) It shall be unlawful for the driver
of any vehicle to park such vehicle on the westerly side of
California Drive from Broadway to Oak Grove for a period longer
than one hour between the hours of 9 o'clock a.m. and 6 o'clock
p.m. on any day excepting Sundays and holidays.
(c) It shall be unlawful for the driver
of any vehicle to park such vehicle on the westerly side of Calif-
ornia Drive from Oak Grove to Bellevue Avenue for a period longer
than one hour between the hours of 9 o'clock a.m. and 4 o'clock
p.m. on any day, Sundays and holidays excepted.
(d) It shall be unlawful for the driver
of any vehicle to park such vehicle on the westerly side of Calif-
ornia Drive between Oak Grove and Bellevue Avenue between the hours
of 4 o'clock p.m. and 6 o'clock p.m. on any day, Sundays and holi-
days excepted."
SECTION 2. The Director of Public Works si hereby directed
and ordered to procure and install appropriate signs giving notice
of the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All sections of this code inconsistent with the
sions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
