AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
BY ADDING THERETO A NEW SECTION 1222.28 PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF
BEHICLES ON THE EASTERLY SIDE OF ADRIAN ROAD
follows:
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
SECTION I. The Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame
is hereby amended by adding a new Section 1222.28 which shall read
as follows:
"Section 1222.28. It shall be unlawful
for the driver of any vehicle to park such vehicle
on the easterly side of Adrian Road between the
hours of 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. on any day, Sundays
and holidays excepted."
SECTION 2. The Director of Public Works is hereby direct-
ed and ordered to procure and install appropriate signs giving
notice of the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3• All provisions of the Burlingame Ordinance Co
which are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be published as required
by law.
