AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 412.4 OF THE
ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME FIXING
THE COMPENSATION OF THE CITY CLERK FOR HIS
SERVICES AS CITY AUDITOR AND ASSISTANT SECRETARY
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 412.4 of the Ordinance Code of the City
of Burlingame, added by Ordinance 739, is hereby amended to read
and provide as follows:
SECTION 412.4. The City Clerk shall receive the sum of
$340.00 during the month of October, 19623 and thereafter he shall
receive the sum of $262.00 per month as compensation for his
services as City Auditor and Assistant Secretary of the Planning
Commission.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published as required

the foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 20th day of August, 1962, and
adopted thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council held
on the 4th day of September 1962, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: Crosby, Lorenz, Martin, Morgan
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: Johnson
