ORDINANCE NO. 765
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 1171.8 (Sales Tax)
OF THE BURLINGAME ORDINANCE CODE
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1171.8 of the Ordinance Code of the
City of Burlingame is hereby repealed.

SECTION Z. This Ordinance shall be published as required

that the foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular
