AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1999.1 6F THE ORDINANCE CODE
PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FIRE ZONES WITHIN THE
CITY OF BURLINGAME BY WITHDRAWING CERTAIN DESCRIBED REAL
PROPERTY FROM FIRE ZONE II AND INCLUDING IT IN FIRE ZONE III
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
SECTION I. Section 1999.1 of the Ordinance Coae of the
City of Burlingame is hereby amended by withdrawing the real
property particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto,
incorporated herein, and made a part of this ordinance from Fire
Zone II and by including said real property in Fire Zone III.

Burlingame, California, being a resubdivision of Lots 8 and 9,
Mills Garden Court", which map was recorded on the 23rd day of
June, 1958, in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo
County in Book 49 of Maps at page 15.
PARCEL FOUR:
Lots 18 and 19, which lots are a resubdivision of Lots 15,
16 and 17 as shown on that map entitled "Map of Mills Garden Court,
being a resubdivision of Block 61 Mills Estate #31 Burlingame,
California,,, which map was recorded on the 13th day of June, 1955
in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County in Book
45 of Maps at page 28. Said resubdivision is a resubdivision of
less than 5 lots which was approved by the Planning Commission of
the City of Burlingame on the 25th day of June, 1956. A map
thereof is on file in the office of the City Engineer of the City
of Burlingame.
