AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 825 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF
THE CITY OF BURLINGAME BY DELETING FROM DIVISION H THE 'WORDS
"DEPUTY CHIEF" AND BY SUBSTITUTING THE WORD "CAPTAIN"
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Division H of Section 825 of the Burlingame
Ordinance Code is hereby amended by deld;ing therefrom the words
"Deputy Chief" and by substituting for the deleted words the word
"Captain".

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published as required
