AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1227(b) OF THE ORDINANCE CODE
OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME BY DELETING THEREFROM THE WORDS
"CITY CLERK OR FINANCE OFFICER" AND BY SUBSTITUTING THE
'.WORDS "LICENSE COLLECTOR".
The City Council, of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1227 of the Burlingame Ordinance Code
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the words "City Clerk or
Finance Officer" and by substituting for the deleted words the
words "License Collector"
by law.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published as required
