AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1227 OF THE ORDINANCE
CODE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME BY ADDING THERETO
SUB -PARAGRAPH (C) EXEMPTING CERTAIN COMMERCIAL
VEHICLES FROM THE PROHIBITION AGAINST PARKING
BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 2:00 A. M. AND 6:00 A. M.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1227 of the Burlingame Ordinance Code
s hereby amended by adding thereto sub -paragraph (c) which shall
ad and provide as follows:
"(c) The provisions of this section shall
not apply to a commercial vehicle of any regu-
larly licensed business in a commercial or
industrial zone when said business is open and
actively operating in a commercial or industrial
zone or to public utility vehicles while on
service or emergency calls."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective thirty
(3) days from and after its final passage.
