AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 412.4 OF THE
ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME FIXING
THE COMPENSATION OF THE CITY CLERK FOR HIS
SERVICES AS CITY AUDITOR AND ASSISTANT SECRETARY
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
Ifollows:
SECTION 1. Section 412.4 0£ the Ordinance Code of the City
of Burlingame, added by Ordinance 768, is hereby amended to read
land provide as follows:
SECTION 412.4. The City Clerk shall receive the sum of
$346.00 during the month of September, 1963, and thereafter he
shall receive the sum of $290.00 per month as compensation for his
services as City Auditor and Assistant Secretary of the Planning
Commission.

the foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular adjourned
meeting of the City Council held on the 30th day of July, 1963,
and adopted thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council
