The rules, regulations and standards printed and published by the Western Plumbing Officials Association under the title "Uniform Plumbing Code, 1961 Edition", and the appendices thereto, are adopted as and for the rules, regulations and standards within this city as to all matters therein contained. The mandatory requirements of the appendices to said Uniform Plumbing Code shall be enforceable to the same extent as if contained in the body of said Uniform P1u:nLing Code. Said Uniform Plumbing Code and its appendices are hereby made a part of the Nellie Ordinance Code. Three copies of said Uniform Plumbing Code and the appendices thereto shall be at all times kept on file in the office of the City Clerk except that one of said copies may be kept on file in the office of the Building Inspector. SECTION 2. Sections 2000 to 2119 inclusive and Sections 2200 to 2267 inclusive of the Ordinance Code of the City of Eurlingame, adopted February 17, 19415 and all other provisions of said Ordinance Code and all ordinances which are in conflict with any provisions of this ordinance or with any provision of said Uniform Plumbing Code, 1961 Edition, and its appendices, are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or portion of this ordinance or of said Uniform Plumbing Code, 1961 ^clition, or of any appendices thereto, is for any reason Yield to be in- valid. or unconstitutional by the decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the re- maining portions of this ordinance or of said Uniform Plumbing Code or of any suck; appendices. The City Council of this City hereby declares that it would have adopted this ordinance and said Uniform Plumbing Code, 1961 Edition, and the appendices thereto, and each section sub- section, sentence, clause, phrase or portion thereof, irrespective of I the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, clauses, phrases and portions may be declared invalid or unconstitutional.
