AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1904, ARTICLE 502
PART X OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF
BURLINGAME DIVIDING THE CITY INTO DISTRICTS BY
RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN LANDS OF THE BURLINGAME
SHORE LAND COMPANY FROM A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (M-1)
DISTRICT TO A FOURTH RESIDENTIAL (MULTI -FAMILY)
(R-4) DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1904, Article 50, Part X of the Or-
dinance Code of the City of Burlingame is hereby amended by re-
classifying a parcel of real property particularly described in
Exhibit A attached hereto, incorporated herein, and made a part
of this ordinance, from a Light Industrial (M-1) District to a
Fourth Residential (Multi -Family) (R-4) District.
by law.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published as required
I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 18th day of March , 19632
and adopted thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 1st day of April , 1963, by the fol-
lowing vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: Crosby -Johnson Martin Morgan
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: Lorenz

County of San Mateo, State of California, particularly described
as follows:
PORTION of Lot 1, Block. 4 as s1. -own and designated
on that certain mao entitled "Map No. 2 of the
property of The Burlingame Lad Company, San Mateo
County, Cal." filed in the office of the County
Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California,
February 20, 1905, in Rook "J" of Maps, at Page 355
and copied into Book 3 of Pups at Page 55, records
of said Countyi particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most Westerly Corner of said Lot 1,
s< -.id corner being distant from a concrete monument
set in the Southwesterly line of California Drive
(formerly known as San Mateo Drive) N 620 29' W 100
feet along said line of California ?give and
S 270 31' W 88 feet, Run thence on and along the
Southwesterly line of said Lot 1, S 190 46, E 93 sweet
to a point in the Northerly line of Bellevue Avenue;
Thence Easterly following said Northerly line of
Bellevue Avenue along the arc of a. curve to the tight
the center of which bears S 190 17" 20" E 755 feet
from the point last above described a distance of 50
feet, thence leaving said line of Bellevue Avenue,
N 170 47' W 75.62 feet, thence N 890 24' 30" W 56.08
feet to the point of beginning. Containing 0.10 acres
more or less.
