AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 412.4 OF THE ORDINANCE
CODE OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME FIXING THE COMPENSATION
OF THE CITY CLERK FOR HIS SERVICES AS CITY AUDITOR AND
ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 412.4 of the Ordinance Code of the City
of Burlingame, added by Ordinance 768, is hereby amended to read
and provide as follows:
SECTION 412.4. The City Clerk shall receive the sum of
$262.00 effective May 1, 1963, and thereafter per month as
compensation for his services as City Auditor and Assistant
Secretary of the Planning Commission.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published as required
by law.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 18th day of February, 1963, and adopted
thereafter at a regular adjourned meeting of the City Council held
on the 9th day of March, 1963, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: Crosby, Johnson, Lorenz, Martin Morgan
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent: Councilmen: None
