AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF
BURLINGAME BY ADDING THERETO A NEW SECTION 1222.29 PROHIBITING
THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON THE WESTERLY SIDE OF CALIFORNIA
DRIVE BETWEEN BROADWAY AND JUANITA AVENUE DURING CERTAIN HOURS
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. The Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame is
hereby amended by adding Section 1222.29 which shall read as
"Section 1222.29. It shall be unlawful for the driver
of any vehicle to park such vehicle on the westerly side
of Calirornia Drive between Broadway and Juanita Avenue
between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M. and between
the hours of 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. on any day, Sundays
and holidays excepted."
SECTION 2. The Director of Public Works is hereby directed
and ordered to procure and install appropriate signs giving notice
of the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All provisions of the Burlingame Ordinance Code
ch are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are
by repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be published as required by
MAYOR
