AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF
BURLINGAME BY AMENDING SECTION 1222.3 TO AUTHORIZE THE
PARKING OF VEHICLES ON THE EASTERLY SIDE OF CALIFORNIA
DRIVE BETWEEN BROADWAY AND OAK GROVE AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
Ifollows:
SECTION 1. Section 1222.3 of the Ordinance Code of the City
lof Burlingame, as amended by Ordinance No. 683, is hereby further
lamended to read as follows:
"Section 1222.3. It shall be unlawful for the driver
of any vehicle to park a vehicle at any time on the easterly
side of California Drive between North Lane and Oak Grove
Avenue and between Broadway and a point 302 feet southerly
of the northerly boundary line of the City of Burlingame
as the same lies on and along Murchison Drive."
SECTION 2. The Director of Public Works is directed to remove
all signs prohibiting parking on the easterly side of California
Drive between Broadway and Oak Grove Avenue.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 21st day of January , 1963,
and adopted thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 4th day of February 9 19639 by
the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: Crosby-Johnson-Martin-DIorgan
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: Lorenz
