AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE
CITY OF BURLINGAME BY ADDING THERETO SECTION 1221.19
PROVIDING FOR AN INTERSECTION STOP AT THE INTER-
SECTION OF BAYSHORE HIGHWAY AND THE BROADWAY OVERPASS
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame is
hereby amended by adding thereto Section 1221.19 which shall read
and provide as follows:
"Section 1221.19 The driver of any vehicle proceeding
northerly on the Bayshore Highway and approaching the inter-
section of the Bayshore Highway with the easterly off -ramp
of the Braodway overpass shall bring such Vehicle to a full
stop before entering such intersection."
Section 2. The Director of Public Works is hereby directed
and ordered to procure and install appropriate signs giving notice
of the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as required
by law.

hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 8th day of Sept-
ember , 1964, and adopted thereafter at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 21st day of September , 1964, by
the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: Crosby-Diederichsen-George-Johnson-Martin.
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: None
