AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE
CITY OF BURLINGAME BY AMENDING SECTION 1222.12
LIMITING PARKING OF VEHICLES ON CAROLAN AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. Section 1222.12 of the Ordinance Code of the City
of Burlingame as amended by Ordinance No. 655 adopted June 3, 1957,
is hereby further amended to read and provide as follows:
"Section 1222.12. (a) It shall be unlawful for the
driver of any vehicle to park such vehicle on the easterly
side of Carolan Avenue between the hours of 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.
(b) It shall be unlawful for any driver of any vehicle
to park such vehicle on the westerly side of Carolan Avenue
for more than two hours between 9:00 a.m. and 6 p.m. on any
day, Sundays and holidays excepted."
Section 2. The Director of Public Works is hereby directed
and ordered to procure and install appropriate signs giving
notice of the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3, All sections of this Code inconsistent with the
provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be published once as
required by law.

hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council held on the 8th day of
September , 1964, and adopted thereafter at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 21st day of September 1964;
by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: Crosby-Diederichsen-George-Johnson-Martin.
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: None
